Pivot TV premiered our Angry Planet Polar Bear episode Friday, April 29 across the US. We filmed it last August on the shores of Hudson Bay. That’s me on the left, in green with George (in yellow) in front of me. I knew that if the bear attacked, I didn’t have to run faster than the bear – I only had to run faster than George! …That’s a joke only. In fact running is the worst thing you can do. Our amazing bear-whisperer, Matthias Breiter (in green on the right) kept us safe (or at least semi-safe) by advancing, not retreating, on the bear.
